Men’s Football
Wolfe Tones GAC are proud to announce the reappointment of former Antrim stalwart Enda McAtamney as our senior manager for the coming year.
Enda will be joined in the management team by Brendan O’Hara, Tony Curran and All-Ireland club winner with Crossmaglen Rangers, Gavin Cumiskey.
In addition to an adult men’s team playing in the South Antrim League, that team will also enter the Antrim Junior Football Championship this year, a massive step for the club.
Since the re-establishment of the club we have seen a huge interest in playing and, as a result, an adult men’s development team will also run parallel to this, playing challenge games and acting as a feeder to the first team.
Ladies Football
Additional Covid restrictions in late autumn of last year put paid to our plans to organise a ladies team for the coming year, however the club intends to press ahead with plans to run the Gaelic4Mothers & Others and Gaelic4Girls initiatives, in conjunction with the LGFA.
Additional details about when these initiatives will run will be posted to social media in due course, but in the meantime any ladies wishing to play with Wolfe Tones should contact Secretary.WolfeTones.Antrim@gaa.ie
Wolfe Cubs
The club was proud to have started our Wolfe Cubs initiative last autumn and hope that we will be able to restore underage provision in the coming year. Training was already underway for Under 6’s and Under 8’s, and we will be working with local primary schools to expand those programmes giving more children in the greater Greencastle area access to Gaelic Games.
Again, any parents wishing to enrol children in underage provision should contact Secretary.WolfeTones.Antrim@gaa.ie
Club Lotto
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, the club lotto will continue online only. This can be accessed via http://www.WolfeTonesGAA.ie/lotto which will then redirect you to KlubFunder.
Club Gear
Following the interest in buying club gear prior to Christmas, the club will be submitting an additional order in the coming weeks. Keep an eye out on social media for this.
2021 Kit Launch
The club has been notified by the Antrim County Board that all clubs are required to have a change kit. Subsequently, a new kit is being sourced from Masita Ireland. This will also be available for purchase from the club. Keep an eye out on social media for details on this.
